Energy Price Cap – join CSPA and NPC for a protest at Downing Street

We will be standing in solidarity with the National Pensioners Convention next week.

Date: Monday, 7th February 2022
Time: 11.00am
Place: Downing St, London SW1A 2AA

The National Pensioners Convention is requesting your attendance at a Downing Street protest in support of our campaign to halt the horrendous gas prices increase by OFGEM on the 7th February.

Unless the government intervenes to halt the increase, it is expected the lifting of the fuel price cap will, on average raise prices by £800 per year from this April.

Pensioners are already dying from cold related illnesses, and they will die in far larger numbers if these fuel hikes are not stopped.

Taking part

We will be joining our National Pensioners Convention colleagues at 11am.

If you would like to bring a sign, you are welcome.

If you would like to print up your own version of our CSPA signs, please access them here.

More information from the NPC here.
